The three day Fairtrade event at The Clipper was a great success. The Co-op and Victoria Road Primary school all got into the spirit of Fairtrade alongside games, quizzes and a special guest, Mr Simeon Green, a banana grower from the Caribbean.
Event organiser, Mary Elphinstone said ” .The three days were fun and moderately successful in raising Fairtrade awareness. It was great having the Victoria Road Primary School Fairtrade ambassadors along on Friday and hearing from Simeon Greene”.
