On a seasonal note, the weather so far this year is a far cry from that of last February and March. Nature is confused, the blackthorn blossom is already out and the first flowers of our plum tree are blossoming already.
This year will see us celebrating our 10th Anniversary!
It will also be the end of the Thrive Plymouth Year 5 focus on Food so this will add an extra dimension to the festival this year. The festival date is Wednesday 23rd October. Please put this in your diary.
In the meantime it would be lovely if you can join us on Thursday 21st of March at 10am to help us shape this year’s festival. The venue to be confirmed. I know you are all busy but I would love your input if you can join us. There will be an update on the Growing Community Abundance project which is funded by Awards for All. We will be showcasing this project at the festival and hope to have more of the community gardening projects bringing some of their abundance to the festival!
