Food Plymouth – Partnership and Network
Food Plymouth’s diverse mix of agencies, organisations, businesses, community groups and individual citizens, include some 40 active partners and benefactor supporters collaborating to deliver positive food system changes, plus around 120 engaged supporters and additional partners, along with a wider network of around 1000 friends and stakeholders. Food Plymouth’s other key long-standing partners include:
Plymouth City Council’s Public Health team; Plymouth City Council Natural Infrastructure team; University of Plymouth; The National Marine Aquarium; Food is Fun CIC; Transition Plymouth; Tamar View Fruiterers; and Devon Contract Waste.
In addition to this, Food Plymouth is also an active member of Plymouth Octopus Project (POP+), the city’s voluntary and community sector infrastructure organisation. Food Plymouth thereby endeavours to span the breadth of its partners’ and members’ interests, perspectives and activities.
