#MyJobMatters is a digital campaign to support our members in engaging directly with their staff, reminding them that their role is making a difference.
We know that the work you do helps us to achieve our social mission and make a positive difference and we want to show others, both inside and outside the organisation, what makes your job different and unique.
That’s why we are working with Social Enterprise UK to take part in an exciting campaign on 10th June 2019 across the whole sector to show how working for a Social Enterprise means that you can really make a difference, no matter how big or small.
Taking part is easy!
Simply think of a time at work that made you realise that your job matters and share it on your social media account on 10th June using the hashtags #MyJobMatters and #socentcareers – include a picture too!
It could be a time when you were working directly with somebody who benefits from our work, or even a time when you realised how your role fits in with the wider team and helps make our impact possible. Download the poster here.
