This year’s PSEN AGM at Devonport Guildhall featured inputs on the economic, social and environmental benefits of enterprise from Stuart Elford of Plymouth and Devon Chamber of Commerce, Lindsey Hall of the Real Ideas Organisation (RIO) and PSEN chair Gareth Hart. Food Plymouth CIC director Ian Smith was re-elected to the PSEN board for a third time.
