The FoodSEqual Community Food Researchers were at University of Plymouth’s Voyage of Discovery event Royal William Yard, 5th October, to share their approaches to co-designing engaging ways to involve communities in research. The Community Food Research team facilitated hands-on activities that showcased some of the methods they have co-designed and used to carry out research into fish eating habits and preferences in Whitleigh, Plymouth. The team frequently uses creative methods such as drawing, making and creating poems, which we find makes our research inclusive and accessible. See some creative outputs from the event here.
