Healthwatch have launched a survey around the NHS 10 Year Long Term Plan and are consulting the public around their wishes for services in the future.

There are two surveys – one gathering general views, the second gathering feedback around the following conditions – Cancer, Heart & Lung Disease, Mental Health, Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism & Long Term Conditions such as Arthritis and Diabetes.Please take five minutes to complete either survey here
