Health Improvement Annual Impact Report2018-2019 Plymouth City Council commission Livewell Southwest to deliver the health improvement service for the city. The health improvement service is made up of One You Plymouth, Wellbeing at Work and Building Community Capacity. 2018-19 has been a year of increasing numbers of people accessing all the parts of the service. We are pleased to share our Impact Report for 2018-19 so you can see all the great work our team have been doing over the past 12 months. We have engaged with over 40,000 people over the last year across the service improving health and wellbeing for individuals as well as in workplaces. We are also delighted to share the progress of the Workplace Awards with over 20 local businesses currently working towards their Bronze Award and look forward to working with many more of you in the future. |
