We gathered on zoom last Tuesday to talk about the changes we have experienced to our food over the last year and quickly look at some headlines from our recent Food Talks survey. We were delighted to be joined by people from all over Plymouth along with experts, experts by experience and creative practitioners to look at our skills and interests around food in our daily lives to begin to think about how we could be more resilient. We discussed food support, mental health and wellbeing, chatted and shared tips about growing, cooking on a budget and shared memories of food.
